DEPOSIT POLICY:
We request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the charter cost which is due and payable upon reservation over the phone. When you book online, we require 100% of the fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days and will be charged the 50% deposit.
Cancellations less than 7 days and ‘no shows’ will be charged the 50% deposit or 100% of the fee if charged online.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Captain Charlie may cancel any trip due to weather or winds exceeding 25 knots, and will provide the customer a full refund.
The customer has the option to cancel the trip the day prior to the trip if the weather forecast calls for winds exceeding 25 knots. The customer will be provided a full refund.
